Traditionally the scouts always get treated to an event as a thank you for all the efforts that they put in during the year. This year it was decieded that we'd go to the Quasar Zone for an all out lazer evening. It was a really good night during which we invested 3 new members to our troop. These were Dan Boaler-Adams, Tom Jubb and finally Georgia Denham (she insisted on waiting for a special event!).
December wouldn't be complete without the troop seranading inhabitants of Stocksbridge with their versions of Christmas classics! This year the fortunate (?) recipeients this year were the residents of the Victoria Road area. We managed to raise over £30 before retiring for a chip treat. It was also time to bid farewell to Emily, Catherine and Tam who I'm sure we'll be seeing more of.
